License

This license covers every digital file sold by SLATE KIT — LUTs, transitions, sound effects, titles and subtitle styles.

What you can do

• Use the files on an unlimited number of your own video projects.
• Use them commercially: client work, paid ads, monetised channels, broadcast.
• Use them on as many of your own machines as you need.
• Deliver a finished video containing the effect to a client.

What you cannot do

• Resell, relicense, sublicense or redistribute the files.
• Share the files with anyone outside your own workstations, including team members on a separate license, or upload them anywhere public or private.
• Repackage them into another product, preset pack, template or bundle.
• Claim authorship of the files themselves.

Ownership

You are buying a license to use the files, not the files' copyright. SLATE KIT retains ownership.
