Everything SLATE KIT sells is a digital download, delivered instantly. Once a file has been downloaded it cannot be returned, so sales are final.

When we will refund you

• The files will not download, or the download link is broken and we cannot fix it.
• A file is corrupt or will not open in the software listed on the product page.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

Before you ask for a refund

Most problems are install problems, and they take a minute to solve. Check the Install guide first, then email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and the app you are using. We would rather get it working for you.
